property brokers and we are dedicated to preserving the broker’s
interest in the transactions. Our clients are astute and experienced
real estate owners who focus on the total returns of the asset;
therefore our offers are based on the asset’s income stream and not on
pro forma.
Acquisition Criteria

located properties which are:

Located in primary and secondary metropolitan areas in the South,
Southwest,
Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Other areas will
be considered on a property
specific basis.
Asset Size

Minimum 100 units. No maximum

Both individual assets and portfolios will be considered
Ownership

Properties may be purchased either all cash or subject to
existing financing.
