Fractional Ownership Opportunities
North Star offers real estate ownership opportunities through
fractional, deeded, tenant-in-common structures in institutional quality
commercial real estate to those who prefer a more passive approach to
holding an asset. We are focused primarily on A through B grade
multifamily residential properties in areas exhibiting above average
growth in underlying investment fundamentals. These institutional grade
properties are carefully selected to provide the best possible returns
in the market.
Tenant in Common structures are a form or real estate ownership in which
each tenant (co-owner) holds title to an undivided fractional interest
in a property with other co-owners. Because each co-owner holds title to
real property, these investments may qualify as a replacement under a
1031 exchange.

pre-transaction analysis and acquisition work. This service includes
arrangements for post transaction property management and formulation of
a recommended operations plan for the hold period of the investment,
providing the investor with a turn-key acquisition solution.
